You Don't Have To Do It Alone


We created this space, our gym, as a safe place for women to uncover who they are and discover who they desire to be. 

This doesn’t happen overnight, not does it happen without tension, pain and discomfort. 

We believe that because our physical, mental & emotional health are so intertwined, your gym needs to be a place where transformation is accepted, expected and encouraged.

Yep, we know not all gyms are like this. 

We all have our moments of darkness. 

So if someone says they understand what you’re going through, be kind, as they probably do.

They might be trying to figure out how to be the support you desire and are unsure of what to say. 

For some, this darkness can really linger. It can be all-encompassing, deafening and blinding. 

It’s the velcro that holds us as we try and rip ourselves out of bed in the morning. 

The haze that sits over our eyes even on the clearest days. 

And the sickening feeling in the depths of our stomach that continues to remind us that something is not quite right.

Its okay to not be okay.

Try to find strength in being vulnerable. 

Only the ones who have exposed the raw parts of themselves can expect their scars to fully heal. 

When you share your story, you remind others that they too are not alone. 

Despite what day it is, a check in with a friend or acquaintance never goes unnoticed.

As humans we desire connection, even if we haven’t developed the capacity to respond truthfully when someone asks how we are.

So ask more questions and spend the necessary time listening to the answers. 

Ask the strong ones, the quiet ones, the sassy ones and the aggressive ones.

Even the ones that sparkle the brightest.

We hope our girls know we’re here if and when they need it.
